We often come across trainers and common people saying that you must workout rigourously to develop muscles or for muscle building. Actually while working out so intensely we tend to use up our muscle to higher limits as a results they tend to break down. And hence when your body relaxes they synthesis protein again resulting in even bigger muscle formation.
But do you think that the same process can be benficial in long run?of course not because if they are damaged more than required then ,instead of muscle building your muscles might start degrading. Then the recovery becomes very difficult.
So if you are aspiring for a muscular body like body builders and take up body building seriously then ,aim for such rigourous training once every week. Giving your muscles ample time for rest and recovery . So that they can actually synthesize even better muscles for you.
